From medial to lateral:

1. Flexor carpi ulnaris tendon
2. Ulnar N
3. Ulnar artery
4. Palmar cutaneous br of Ulnar N
5. Palmaris Longus tendon
6. Palmar cutaneous br of Median N

2 tendons and 3 nerves and an artery.
